RCMS is a Restaurant Customer and Table Management System designed specifically for the Restaurant industry. Our initial releases have focused on customers and customer reservations and table management as this forms the primary requirements that we will need to build upon for future releases.
In general terms, RCMS allows you to track a customer through the different stages of your restaurant (arrival time, seating time etc), and then uses that information to generate reports that show you who your customers are, how often and when they visit you restaurant and and other general trends and statistics related to your restaurant.
New to version 1.4:
- Automated Scheduled Backups.
- Import Customer Lists.
- Track 'Special Occasions' on reservations.
New to version 1.3:
- Incoming call logging.
Under Development:
We are currently developing a set of major upgrades for RCMS
which include such items as staff scheduling, floor and waitlist
management as well as a Point of Sale System. Since DKY Systems is
primarily a custom software development company, the time we have
available for this product development fluctuates. Over the past
while we have been kept very busy with custom development and
consulting. As such, at the moment we do not have an expected
release date for the RCMS enhancements.
