The requirements for RCMS are quite simple:
RCMS requires Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows NT 4.0, or Windows 2000 or Windows 2003. It will not run under Windows 3.x or Windows NT 3.1 or 3.5.
In addition, RCMS requires that Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.1 is installed on the computer. You can download the .NET Framework directly from Microsoft or when you download RCMS, you can choose the option that includes the .NET Framework.
At the moment no other software is required - the database is included.
