Using RCMS, you can enter your customers into the database and associate those customers with visits to your restaurant. Using either the searching or reporting capabilities you can then determine how many times a customer has been to your restaurant or how many times they have made reservations that they subsequently cancelled or simply did not show up for.

New in version 1.3.
Version 1.3 now includes incoming call logging. When an incoming call is detected, RCMS will display a screen that shows you the name and number of the party that is calling and will also show you any customers and reservations stored in the database associated with that telephone number.
Note: this feature requires call display from your local telephone company as well as a TAPI compliant modem that supports Caller Id to be installed in your computer. Contact us for more details or if you are not in North America.
